IQ Biometrix Announces Symbol Change to IQBM

CUPERTINO, Calif. Nov. 12, 2002
IQ Biometrix Inc., the operating entity of JVWeb Inc., announced that effective immediately its stock symbol will be IQBM; the previous stock symbol was JVWW. The Company's corporate name will also change to IQ Biometrix Inc. from JVWeb Inc.

IQ Biometrix is a worldwide provider of facial comparison security software, FACES, The Ultimate Composite Picture.

FACES 3.0 has been in the market for four years, and is used by more than 5,000 police and intelligence agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the U.S. military. Through the application of a common alphanumeric ID code all of these law enforcement agencies can quickly and effectively work together to apprehend criminals. The Company recently announced a strategic alliance with TRAK, "Technology to Recover Abducted Kids," a computer software system that was originally designed to help law enforcement agencies locate and recover abducted children. Learn more at http://socialtech.trak.org/.

IQ Biometrix has a long-term, close relationship with the Fox Network television series "America's Most Wanted," (AMW) which is viewed by 15 million people weekly.
